On October 23, 2009 - PPG Duranar representative: Mr. Willie Wu - Asia Pacific Area General Director has awarded certificates of quality for Phi Kha’s paint system line (including Powder coating and PVDF coating) at Phi Kha’s factory in Tien Son Industrial Park - Bac Ninh. PPG Duranar is an American market leading company in manufacturing and supplying paint system, has presented in over 60 countries worldwide.



Officially began in October, paint line system will be set into operation at PHI KHA’s factory. This is the line which is considered the most modern and comprehensive one, certificated by most paint suppliers worldwide; including: waste water treatment system, RO water treatment system, pre-treatment system (including 15 treatment tanks), primer spraying chambers, surface spraying chambers, surface glossy spraying chambers, dry waiting chambers, powder coating spraying chambers, drying systems, conveyor equipments and electrical control system. The whole above equipments system connects via a catenary system with a speed of 2m/minute to bring aluminum bars into automatic powder coated spraying chambers. Especially, this is a fully automatic paiting guns equipped line imported from the U.S.A of famous trademarks as: Nordson, Graco. The output capacity is proposed to be reached 200.000m2/year with multicolor painting and the finished products are in accordance with AAMA international standards.
